According to the Gabon decree of GABON, starting from 2007-09-01, all goods shipped to Gabon's Libreville, Owendo, and Port of Chantil (also translated as Port of Gentil) must apply for a BIC cargo tracking list . Since 2010-01-01, Gabon has implemented a new BIC and changed its name to BIETC Electronic Cargo Tracking Note.
