Kenya PVOC/COC certification
The Kenya Bureau of Standards KEBS implements the pre-export conformity assessment program PVo decree, and all goods under the control catalog must be accompanied by a product certificate of conformity COC.
According to the relevant laws and regulations of the pre-export conformity assessment program PVoC implemented by the Kenya Bureau of Standards KEBS, all imported goods under the control catalog must be accompanied by a COC (Certificate of Conformity) during customs clearance to prove that all The imported products meet the relevant technical regulations and standards of Kenya.
1. The Kenyan PVOC application process is as follows:
1. The exporter submits the import license IDF (Import Declaration Form), proforma invoice; and the completed application form-Request for Certificate Form (referred to as: RFC), the application form should detail the goods, and provide product quality documents such as testing Reports, technical parameters, quality management system certificates (if any), etc.;
2. Determine the feasible implementation plan and applicable standards under the plan;
3. Make an appointment for inspection after passing the preliminary examination (the time and place agreed by both parties);
4. After the inspection is completed, the exporter submits the final documents (commercial invoice and packing list) to Hailun;
5. Issue the Kenyan customs clearance certificate COC.

2. Kenyan PVOC (pre-shipment certification) commodity categories:
1. All used products, including but not limited to: Electronics (including electronic devices) and electrical products (including household appliances), motorcycles, bicycles, textiles. Used tires, auto parts.
2. Food, agricultural products, including but not limited to: packaged food, milk and milk products, meat and meat products, fruit juices, beverages, alcoholic beverages, oils and fats, grains, sugar and sugar products, animal feed.

Electronic (including electronic devices) and electrical products, including but not limited to: electronic (including electronic devices) and electrical products: household appliances, photocopiers, computers, printers, other electronic products other than lamp holders, switches and plugs, etc. consumables.
