Length + width + height ≤ 90CM, unilateral length ≤ 60CM; cylindrical length not exceeding 90CM, diameter not less than 5CM;

Billing standard for volume weight:
1. If the length + width + height ≤ 45CM and the volume weight is less than 2 times of the actual weight except 6000, the actual weight shall be the chargeable weight, and the bubble weight shall be exempted;
2. Length + width + height ≤ 45CM, and the volume after length * width * height / 6000 is more than 2 times the actual weight, the billing weight shall be based on the volume weight;
3. For goods whose length + width + height > 45CM, the volumetric weight must be calculated. The calculation method of the volumetric weight is: length * width * height / 6000, and the larger value is taken between the volumetric weight and the actual weight;
tax policy:
1. The Chilean Customs Law determines that import duties and import value-added tax will be exempted for inbound packages whose recipients are individuals and whose value is less than US$30;
2. For packages above USD 30, the import tariff is about 6%, and the value-added tax is 19%;
Lost item compensation:
Please purchase insurance for valuables by yourself. Our company can provide insurance agency services. The bonded tax fee standard is 1% of the declared sales price. The compensation standard for lost items is as follows:
A. There is no insured package, if the goods are lost without going online before the goods arrive at the post office of the destination country: our company will pay 70% of the sales price, but will not refund the freight, and the maximum compensation will not exceed USD50/ticket; if the goods arrive at the destination If the country post office loses it after going online, our company will fully assist in appealing to the destination country post office for compensation, but our company will not be responsible for the additional loss compensation caused by the loss or damage of the goods;
