DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) means that the seller ships the goods to the destination designated by the importing country, handles import customs clearance procedures, pays any import "taxes and fees" payable at the destination when customs procedures are required, and delivers the goods to the address specified by the buyer. The seller bears all costs and risks before delivering the goods to the buyer, including customs clearance procedures at the port of departure and the port of destination, various trade documents, tariffs, taxes, port fees and other fees. This method has higher requirements for the seller, who needs to understand the import rules and tax rates of the destination country, reasonably arrange the quotation and transportation method of the goods, and avoid unnecessary troubles and delays in the destination country.
